These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Pepline β€” the websites www.pepline.ai and app.pepline.ai, the pepline.js widget, the hosted chat pages, and the related APIs (together, the "Service").

1. Acceptance and definitions

By ticking the acceptance box at signup or by using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Pepline on these Terms. We record the date and time of your acceptance.

The Service is currently offered in beta. Features may change, and the paid plans described in Section 6 apply once billing is enabled.
